Cohort 01 · Applications open 20 September

Disciple creatives for cultural dominion.

We form believers who can work inside a secular creative industry with integrity and skill, like Daniel in Babylon, and gather them into an enduring community of practice and prayer.

God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom.

Why we exist

Talent gets you in the room. Formation keeps you there.

The creative industry rewards speed, visibility and compromise. Most believers entering it are given a platform long before they are given a spine. We invert the order.
01

Conviction

We name the cost before we name the reward.
02

Craft

Weekly critique from working practitioners, not hobbyists.
03

Covenant

A table you are accountable to, one that stays set after graduation.
04

Commission

Sent into the industry, not sheltered from it.

The programme

Twelve weeks. Four schools. One table.

Identity

Weeks 1-3 · To become

Who God made you to be: calling, character, and the kingdom blueprint.

Priesthood

Weeks 4-6 · To abide

Living from God's presence: creative intercession, discernment, imagination.

Kingship

Weeks 7-9 · To build

Mastery of craft: narrative control, then your guild's specialisation.

Dominion

Weeks 10-12 · To lead

Brand, enterprise and commissioning. Sent with a three-year plan.

Before you're in

The application is a 7-day challenge.

We don't shortlist CVs. We watch how you respond: three timed briefs, three windows. What you make, when you show up, and how you carry others tells us more than any form could.

12h

Calling

A reflection brief. Why this, why you, why now. In your own voice.

24h

Craft

A made thing in your discipline, to a brief, against the clock.

36h

Character

A collaborative task. How you treat people under pressure is the brief.

Silence is also an answer. Every window you skip is part of the picture. Every applicant receives a reply, with reasons.

Twenty-four seats. Fully subsidised. Carefully chosen.

The cost isn't money. It's twelve weeks of your evenings, your honesty in critique, and a covenant you'll be held to.
